For this relaxed and airy bridal shower brunch, bride Selma’s friends and family decorated the white party tent with plenty of roses and pictures of her and her groom-to-be, a personal touch that I just love. And can we talk about Selma’s modern floor-length lace gown? I’d wear it as my wedding dress it’s so gorgeous! Selma’s friends even wore floral dresses to complete the garden theme. After mimosas and macarons, everyone took a turn with the bride in a sweet DIY photo booth while Alisha Maria Photography snapped away.

A Cheerful Citrus Bridal Brunch
For this beautiful citrus bridal brunch, a group of vendor pals got together to plan the perfect fresh and modern party—and take a turn in front of the cameras! A palette of light aqua mixed with lemon, lime and orange gave this party an almost tropical vibe, while beautiful greenery was the perfect contrast to the bright summery shades. The menu included lemon tarts, mini blackberry pancake stacks and a warm spinach and cheese quiche. The team took the time to tie the theme throughout the entire apartment, framing coordinating wall art, styling a bar cart and creating linens to match the color palette. Each guest took away a coordinating custom pouch.

A Sunshine Yellow Honey-Themed Bridal Shower
The perfect theme for any honey-sweet bride-to-bee (get it?), this bridal shower takes a twist away from the typical with a palette of soft yellows and muted greys. The result is sophisticated and unexpected while still being bright and festive. I love how the shower colors are carried through every detail of the party: the jars of honey dotting the tables, the plaid oven mitt favors, the gorgeous dessert table piled with cupcakes and lemon doughnuts, the bright pitchers of mimosas, the Mad Lib-style party game at each place setting—every element ties in perfectly! Photographer Michelle of Wandermore Photography was there to capture every special moment of bride Therese’s gorgeous day.

An “Almost a Mrs.” Donut Bridal Brunch
As the bags you’ll see below so cleverly state, “okay, you had me at donuts.” Photographer Angela Cox and event stylist Suzie of Static Couture dreamed up this “Almost a Mrs.” donut bridal brunch for the first Greenville NotWedding. In addition to the stunning donut centerpiece, the bride and her maids had a gorgeous spread to enjoy, highlighting blueberries and grapefruit with blueberry scones, grapefruit halves, and a twist on the classic mimosa: grapefruit juice topped with berries. These ladies look beyond gorgeous and oh so relaxed in their comfy lightweight shifts done in soft neutrals and accented with statement necklaces made of natural materials—plus fuzzy woolen socks, of course. Cobalt blue shibori accents were the perfect explosion of pattern, giving the industrial space an earthy, warm vibe. The whole shoot just makes me want to cozy up with my own hot cup of coffee and warm pair of slippers.
