A Yacht Club Nautical Bridal Shower

Bride Colleen’s bridesmaids threw her a gorgeous nautical bridal shower at the Pine Beach Yacht Club. The shower included so many personal touches, from a hand-drawn cocktail sign (created by one of Colleen’s bridesmaids in a nod to her previous California address) to gorgeous florals from another bridesmaid’s family flower shop. The airy space on the Tom’s River in New Jersey was decorated with chic gold-lettered banners and each table toasted with a bottle of rosé featuring a custom bridal shower wine label. And we are fully stealing this gift idea for the football-loving bride: a jersey with her new last name on the back! Kelly of Kelly Sea Images captured this modern and bright event.

A Rooftop New York City Bridal Shower

For this New York City bridal shower captured by Jessica Frey Photography, bride Ariana’s friends decorated this New York apartment in chic style and treated the guests to a bubbly bar and a decadent charcuterie board. We love the pops of gold, like the fun metallic LOVE balloon that made the perfect photo prop, and the sparkly Future Mrs. cake topper. The ladies toasted on the rooftop with a view of the New York skyline, and Ariana’s fiance joined them for a few sweet engagement shots.

A “Find Your Perfect Red” Boudoir Bachelorette Party

For this fun and flirty boudoir bachelorette party shoot, event coordinators Anna and Shannon wanted a theme that would celebrate each girl’s unique look and style, while encouraging everyone to feel confident and empowered. “The shade of lipstick that a woman loves is a pretty personal choice, and what looks best depends on her skin tone, hair color and her smile. What better way to show a woman’s unique personality than to find her perfect red?” said Shannon. The ladies enjoyed Lady in Red and Dirty Shirley cocktails as Kristy’s Artistry Design Team helped each women select her perfect red lipstick, and styled her hair to perfection. Then Kathy of Simply K Studios captured boudoir portraits for each guest, helping the women feel confident and beautiful in these chic and stylish looks.

An Around the Clock Bridal Shower with a Twist

Bride Jillian of style blog Rhyme & Reason was delighted with her Around the Clock bridal shower with a little bit of a twist. Each guest was assigned a general time of day—morning, cocktail hour, dinner or late night—but the three hostesses and the bride’s mother each picked a holiday and chose cute decor for that occasion. The bride is now fully ready to host Easter, Cinco de Mayo, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Photographer Elyse Hall captured this modern event in sunny Arizona. A Zoo Bachelorette Party

For bride Unsa’s bachelorette party, her friends and bridesmaids chose an activity they knew the bride would adore—a trip to the zoo with special access to the animal exhibits! The group traveled to The Good Zoo at Oglebay Resort in West Virginia and worked with an animal trainer to feed and train three different animals: red pandas, ring-tailed lemurs and river otters. Afterward, the ladies headed home for a picnic and mini photo shoot with Courtney of CTG Photography, who also captured their animal encounters. We love this unique zoo bachelorette —the bachelorette party should be tailored to the bride’s personality and interests, just like this one!

A Roses and Mimosas Bridal Shower Brunch

For this relaxed and airy bridal shower brunch, bride Selma’s friends and family decorated the white party tent with plenty of roses and pictures of her and her groom-to-be, a personal touch that I just love. And can we talk about Selma’s modern floor-length lace gown? I’d wear it as my wedding dress it’s so gorgeous! Selma’s friends even wore floral dresses to complete the garden theme. After mimosas and macarons, everyone took a turn with the bride in a sweet DIY photo booth while Alisha Maria Photography snapped away.

A Gold and Blush Bridal Shower

For this DIY gold and blush bridal shower, MOH Anne Molnar served as both the photographer and event planner, pulling together this thoughtful party for her sister Beth. One of the highlights of the shower was a video created by Beth’s fiance, Steve, in which Steve impersonated some of Beth’s friends and family to create a hilarious mockumentary. Guests enjoyed a so-sweet dessert bar decked out with a buttercream rosette-covered cake, red velvet cupcakes, raspberry and key lime macarons and more. Each guest left with a grapefruit-infused Himalayan sea salt scrub and a grapefruit aloe lotion. We love the stunning portraits of bride Beth…but especially the ones with her adorable black labs!
